We really enjoyed our visit! The grilled meats were delicious. The fries were crispy and satisfying, and the portions were generous. While the barbecue sauces and potato salad didn’t quite suit our table’s taste, we appreciated the variety offered. Overall, a great spot for a hearty meal with friends—just a few small tweaks like better sauce could make it even better!
I ordered the pulled chicken burger, not great. The bun is not nice, maybe it's the American soft style bun, and I didn't particularly like the BBQ sauce. The chips were good but very salty. Coleslaw is good. Hubby had the ribs. Which he liked, but at $67 plus the $10 side I felt it was pricey. The green bean salad was nothing special $10 for tinned /frozen beans. The pecan pie dessert is very sweet and the base too hard to cut, and for $3 extra you get a small squirt of cream which wasn't enough to balance out the sweetness. The atmosphere is average. The music a bit loud and heavy. The staff we encountered were good. It's definitely a restaurant suited to meat lovers, but for me sorry I was underwhelmed.
Amazing meal, the meats were smoked and flavoured to perfection. Staff were awesome and helpful. Only feedback would be a little bit of music would really set the vibe! Thanks team
We went here hoping to grab a feed and ordered 2 meats and 2 starters among 2 people- thinking this would be enough. We’re also gluten free, so we ordered the potato salad and the green beans. The food was below average, the beans were definitely a waste of money, the potato salad was ok. The meat was great but not worth the dollar amount. The drinks were also too expensive- $13 for a vodka and soda!nnDefinitely will not be back unless they reduce their prices or increase portion sizes. Only good was the service as all the wait staff were kind and helpful.
If you like meat. You should visit. The chicken was the best alongside the pork and brisket. Portions were large as we got the platter for 3 for the four of us with nachos and ribs. Service was fast and the area had good seating.
