I have been a client of MTA for several years. Since starting with them as a new business owner, they guided me through the complicated tax system with patience and professionalism.  It has been a comfort to know they were at the end of the phone whenever I needed a word of advice.  All the team have been great, especially Khamis who has looked after me for the past 3 years.  I have just terminated my contract with them having finally sold the business to retire but can thoroughly recommend MTA to anyone.

We took the decision to leave our existing accounts and move to more than in November last year and what a fantastic decision it was. the onboarding process was quick and simple and the communication from all of the team members has been superb. We had significant issues with bookkeeping previously which always caused delays when VAT and Tax submissions were required. In fact Lily and the bookkeeping team at more than were able to resolve several legacy issues within a matter of days. the one thing I really like is that the team always respond. even on days off another team member will come back and confirm receipt. this really makes a difference when working with remote accountants. 5 Stars and would highly recommend...

After signing up I was given some sound advice by the accounting team which made me realise there was no benefit to using their services.  They released me from the package signup that is supposed to run for 12months, I incurred a small charge which is far cheap than signing up for a year.  I would approach them again without hesitation.  They answered the phone promptly and made time for you and explained thing well.

They missed our VAT accounting deadline, despite my multiple chases. They promised to repay the £500 fine but they never did. They do not reconcile quarterly, I can still see transactions from last year unreconciled. As such, the Xero is unusable for gaining any sort of financial insight. They've missed our last 5 quarterly management reports.

I have recently started up my own business and can honestly say I have no issues with MTA. I had no idea what  was involved and have been helped out on every question I have asked .not being the sharpest tool in the box if I don’t understand something I must say Melissa is straight talking and quickly reply’s to an email or mist call ..thanks Melissa

Horrendous service. Stay well clear. "3 hour guaranteed response time" is more like 3 weeks. Bookkeeping staff are utterly clueless at categorising revenue/expenses. Payroll staff have very little knowledge and I have caught them out on several occasions. They spend 0 time on management accounts and I have found mistakes on every VAT return. The latest changed by over £2000 after I queried some errors. Guaranteed I get an almost instant reply to this review.

Thanks to Andrew and particularly Ryan, He is always very keen to help and is very persistent which is something i was looking for in an accountant but it very rare.  Thanks so much and looking forward to continuing the professional relationship...

Great accountants and highly responsive and helpful to all our needs. They are able to take the time to clearly explain everything that is expected and required.  Including providing application like xero and reciept bank which streamlines our ability to keep our books.

Excellent service that we got as a small community based company. Our accounts are done on time. The processes are fully explained. Lots of what we do has many receipts and invoices.
