Clean and tidy store with excellent produce and kitchen items. Loved shopping there. The staff are also very polite and helpful.
We shop at Moore Wilson's quite a lot mainly for bulk foods a better way to buy for us and all the staff are very helpful
A smaller version of the Disneland of cooking lovers. But it is great to have it here in Masterton. Love it!

I went into Moore Wilsons in Masterton to buy coffee beans and get them ground. I have been doing this for about a year. I do a grocery shop while I am there.nHowever, the last batch of coffee beans had been ground to a fine powder. The cup is full of sediment when you drink the coffee. I mentioned this, politely. I have a plunger and it is a medium grind. That's what I ask for.nNo one said, I'm sorry that happened. No one knew what the numbers on the grinder meant, in terms of how coarse or fine the result was. One woman said she just uses 8.5. Another said they had no idea whether 1 was fine or coarse. She said she is not a coffee drinker. She told me it was my responsibility to say which number I wanted the machine set on. If the grind was wrong, I had to take the coffee anyway. I left the store and will never go back.
