"I started Moonlight Healing in 2018 and currently offer Usui Reiki, Indian Head Massage, and Aromatherapy Full Body Massage.Reiki is very popular for people wishing to promote wellbeing, manage stress and as part of pain management regime. Indian Head Massage is often used for relieving muscle tension, headaches and passive joint mobilisation. Aromatherapy provides a full body treatment with essential oils working into the body aiding in relaxation, reducing aches and stiffness and boosting wellbeing.With convenient opening times during the day, evening and weekends to fit around your life. I have a quite room in Rottingdean with free parking nearby and easy access by public transport; or I can visit you if this is preferable."

My first visit to Jane, at Moonlight Healing, was wonderful, and definitely won't be my last! Her cottage is beautiful and cosy and Jane herself has such a lovely warm, calm aura and immediately make you feel at ease. She is very caring and understanding and generous with sharing her knowledge. I had a totally relaxing Indian Head massage, that was far more thorough than I was expecting, covering neck, shoulders, arms and hands too. I also had asked for a reiki taster, which was soothing and therapeutic, and Jane's hands got really warm, as the healing flowed. I've definitely felt the benefit since, in my arthritic joints and general well-being. Whether for a specific ailment/injury, or general stress relief, I can't recommend her highly enough.
I'm always suspicious of glowing reviews on Google as you suspect it's the business owner or their friends that have written them yes I've seen this happen In the case of Moonlight Healing I can't offer any proof that this is genuine but can say that my review also appeared in The Deans Magazine for January 2019. I found Jane to be an excellent and very knowledgeable Reiki practitioner, who was able to answer all my questions about it. Reiki was not something I knew much about before my visit and was very surprised at how much I got out of the session. Comparing experiences with someone else who has recently tried Reiki we both agreed that you feel lighter and much calmer after a session, but I also found that at certain points on my face, wrist and hips Jane's hands became very warm, I was definitely not expecting this, Jane clearly was as she identified a problem with my injured left wrist that I hadn't even mentioned. Jane offers free 15 minute taster sessions so if you are not sure its for you there is nothing to lose by booking one of these.
I've been having reiki sessions with Jane for a couple of months now and have to say I'm very impressed. I have only had one session elsewhere in the past so had a rough idea of what to expect. Jane is welcoming and warm from the start and the sessions are very relaxing. She has identified areas of my body that have hurt without me saying a word and every single session is never the same. It's helped me to relax and also helped the anxiety and depression I suffer from. My mother has also started going now and is having similar experiences.
Was an amazing experience, never done reiki before and was a little skeptical at first but i really felt a positive difference from this. Jane was lovely and the setting was very calming. Will definitely be coming again!
