Absolutely delicious! My go to fish and chips place, I recommend to anyone and everyone. Hoki fish, crispy batter and perfect chips! They have gluten free batter options too and it is honestly the best gluten free fish I've ever had in Canterbury!
I usually give Monty's 4 stars but last night, their burger was really not nice. My usual cheese and pineapple is yum but they used plastic cheese slices this time and yuck! Please change back to normal cheese and I'll change my review. Chips were lovely as is the norm
Incredible homemade springrolls!!! Nice crispy pastry and very flavourful filling. Amazing. My family had to try and they said they're the best they've ever had!! We also love their crumbed Hoki, chicken fillet burger, hotdogs. Their shoe string chips are similar to McDonald's chips. Can't wait to try more of their menu, if I can go past ordering the spring roll!
