Monsoon Coffee

A massive thank you to Monsoon Coffee Roasters! I've been a long-time customer and I have to say, after trying out so many different options in Auckland, Monsoon is by far the best quality coffee for the price. I love trying new beans and experimenting with different flavors, but no matter what, I always find myself coming back to Monsoon. They're the only roaster at this price point that offers single origin coffee, and they roast it on demand, which means that you always get the freshest coffee possible. The coffee is always consistent, with no debris, and it stays true to the notes. The team at Monsoon is also amazing, once you place an order, they work like clockwork to get it out the door as soon as possible. I want to say a big thank you to Brett and the entire Monsoon team for all their hard work and dedication. They truly make a difference in the coffee scene in Auckland, and I feel lucky to have them around.

I am a long time customer, use to live locally and enjoyed drive through coffees now I order their delish beans online and make my own from home and after years of trying various brands it’s still my absolute favourite. I recommend to all coffee lovers!

amazing coffee but unfriendly staff. I never be there even they offer great coffee to add to that When I went in, there was only one customer besides me. He wasn't busy at all. He was in the back for packaging beens, and when I went in, he didn't ask me to wait or greeting. I feel like treat me invisible. I've been waiting for more than 30 seconds. I suppose to that he did not realize somebody come in. I asked ? yelles? "excuse me " at the staff only yellow line. I want let him know somebody is here. I did not go inside! He reply me "Dont come inside "something. Without the expression "Sorry or please"! Then, when his work was done, he rock the staff dividing line of the yellow border. He never smile, never polite answer. when I asking the coffee, he didnt say anything. I said Thank you 2 times and he answered me in a reluctant whisper It was as if I had become an ignorant, uncultivated, rude person. I also left this protest on your website. With my name and email address. By the way, do you only reply to Google reviews without replying? I don't even want an apology for the bad experience I had. This kind of response is even more unpleasant.

I have been buying my beans here for a long time. They are always super efficient and always consistent. I reccomend to anyone I can.
