Store was flexible in terms of bike hires. I hired mountain ebikes and a 3-hour option to take on my Skyline mountain bike adventures and was powering through turns with my city drifts. Friendly staff and great service!
Awesome to meet Duane, went through the process of new binding and boots for me, very knowledgeable, great advice and set me up for a couple of awesome days on the mountain. Also brought a SuperPig great board.
The guy did an awesome job repairing my snowboard. Took my family for snowboard rental and they were efficient at fitting. Will definitely go back again for their services.

Last week I bought new ski boots from Alta. Tommy the boot fitting guy was amazing, spending time to ensure I got the best fitting possible. He suggested to a boot that he thought would fit my shape foot but didn't stop there fitting another couple of boots to compare fit and comfort. His first reccomendation was the best fit. If you are looking for new boots book in with Tommy you won't be disappointed
I bought my skis in Alta,this year and last year. Alta’s service is very good, skis are very good,too.
Rented bikes from here to cycle to the vineyards. Great bikes, and well maintained. Staff friendly and very knowledgeable. They gave us lots of advice on routes and terrain. We had a fantastic trouble free day and would recommend this rental to anyone visiting Queenstown. Happy cycling
Very helpful staff and we managed to hire all our gear for a few days. When we couldn't the right size boots for the kids they went across the road to Browns hire which was a bit odd. Not sure if we ended up paying for a mark up or not. Other than that pretty straight forward and they had a good selection of clothes for 3-6 year olds.
