A few new outlets opening soon Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. Plenty of parking and wheelchair and stroller accessible
So many great brands at cheap prices. All of the shops except one were really well presented and tidy with a great range of products and sizes. Really disappointed about Stirling Sports the shop is an absolute shambles and there is nothing organised. It is so cluttered and I heard 4 people comment that they couldn't believe the clutter and disorganization and they all walked out. No clear walk ways and stuff everywhere.
Outlet City is improving over time. I've lived in Wellington for 10+ Years and it's changing more and more. The specials are better than they used to be. There are more special stores coming in such as Tommy Hilfiger and Adidas. More branded items. Cotton On and a good bra outlet. Parking is free and easy to find near the entrance. It's like a mall all on one level, wheelchair accessible and there are wheelchair disability parking spots near the door too.
We frequently visit and usually have a good experience, however, the staff at Underarmour never acknowledge us - they really need customer service training and a reminder that they are there to serve patrons, not ignore them and continue to talk at the counter. Totally put us off spending our hard earned money there. Converse staff were pretty slack today too. On the other hand - Lifestyle, Cotton On, Bliss and Puma staff are always great.
For a place to take my daughter shopping, excellent. For waiting for her to finish, very poor. There's not a lot for the bill payer to do but get bored.
Absolutely love this outlet mall .. we travel over from levin. Excellent parking.. Puma is my go to shop I love that there is food Maybe more food needed..
Go to place for purchasing clothing and shoes. Lowest prices all the time on braners items. Puma, under armour, New balance stores are there.
Good deals to be had at the moment at all stores. Max had 70% off retail!, Tommy Hilfiger had 50% off.
Not my first choice for shopping, but has its uses. It is possible to find very good bargains on quality merchandise,mainly clothing. I have always found the staff there friendly and helpful.
Not really a very vibrant or exciting place to shop. Have been here twice, only bought one thing once. Prices no better than anywhere else when there's a sale on.
