The best chai latte and waffles I've had. I love the cabinet options too. The decor and ambience in Modaks is beautiful. The staff are welcoming and friendly.

Went to redeem a 2 for 1 waffles voucher, still not sure that we actually did. The waffles were okay.
Got an iced coffee and an iced chai. They were both super delicious and got a cheeky 2 for 1 voucher off a Facebook promotion that they were running. Pickle
Only had a chai latte but it was good and the staff were friendly. Retro setting and seemed pretty popular. No issues with cleanliness and happy to come back in the future.
