Been here several times now and always very friendly and helpful staff! Great for phone repairs - reducing landfill and the need to buy an entirely new phone. Today they cleaned out my phone charger port for free which is nice :

I bought screen protector, they didn't have the right one for my phone, the one THEY put on was terrible got home and was already a big bubble, then within a couple of days smashed without even dropping it. I went back to complain and they wanted nothing to do with me, and was avoiding questions like a politician. Terrible experience and terrible screen protector. would not recommend

Had a pretty terrible experience with this company. Took my phone in for repair after it had randomly stopped charging properly. It was a Monday when I took it in. By Thursday I had heard nothing so I called. I was told they weren't sure what the problem was. They said they would need to send it to their head office. I asked why they hadn't called me earlier as they had known they couldn't fix it after the first day. Why hang onto the phone for 3 extra days and just do nothing with it and not even tell me. So then they send the phone to Auckland and I still didn't hear anything from them. Even after asking if they could please get in touch. Finally after 8 days I called them and they said it should be in Auckland. Another few days past and finally the first time I've ever received a call from they myself, I am told they don't have the part in NZ and they are sending the phone back and I should be able to pick it up in the next few days.... Absolute waste of time and not having my phone has caused me alot of issues. As there was such a lack of communication I didn't have the chance to back up my phone correctly and therefore was unable to access alot of contacts etc i required. I would not have been worried if the phone could not be fixed or even about the time frame if it was for the complete lack of communication etc. This has left me absolutely dumbfounded and pretty frustrated. I felt like some of the conversations I had with one employee tried to direct blame to me or was just overall not very understanding or sincere about anything. Really disappointing service. Will not recommend to anyone! It really shouldn't be that frustrating of an experience to fix a small chip issue in a phone.
