The man here has seen me buy the little blue and gold packet eleven times now. He no longer puts it in a bag. He just slides it across the counter face down which I appreciate as a gesture of dignity between men. Last Tuesday my wife came in with me. He began to slide it across the counter face down out of habit before he saw her standing there. We all looked at the packet on the counter. Nobody spoke. He put it in a bag. My wife looked at the rotating display for a long time on the way out. She has not mentioned it. I have not mentioned it. The packet is still in my coat pocket. The man has good instincts he was just caught off guard.
My husband had a very disappointing experience at Mobil Stratford. A staff member wrongly accused my husband of trying to leave without paying while he was simply repositioning his car to refuel. He approached him aggressively, embarrassed him in front of others, and continued to be rude even after he explained and confirmed his payment went through. This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour is unacceptable.
pump didn't seem to be working when I went there. staff weren't that friendly and didn't seem to want to know about it. fuel is cheaper across the road.
Would have been great if the Mobil app had worked correctly
