Most of the staff are super friendly and helpful but get balmed for not accepting MTA gift vouchers. This is NOT their fault so stop blaming them . The owner had chosen to not to participate in the MTA program. If you're unsure, ask first before pouring your fuel.
Half of the pumps are on the prepay! Unless you know that and choose a pump immediately close to the entry to the station you will NOT be able to get a full tank. Company policy. Why keep paying unfriendly staff who say in your face that they are too busy to treat you as not a criminal? Judging a customer instead of trying to help/serve people who give you a job? Good on you, but subzero customer service rank!
There are very few things more satisfying than great service. To the young lady that served and assisted me over the weekend, you are an absolute blessing to that business, keep up the good work and thank you for the advice and assistance. It was a pleasure to fuel at your petrol station and if we are ever in need of fuel in Kaiapoi again, we shall be sure to fill with you.
Super friendly people and service
Handy location for a petrol station. Take note Mobil does not accept MTA gift vouchers. I tried and was told not here you have to go to Caltex.nNot good customer service as it made me think why should I go back after being refused something as simple as taking the MTA gift vouchers.nYou would think the vouchers are universal.nApparently not!
