We go here every Sunday for badminton. One of the building has toilets while the other one doesn't. It's too much to walk to the next building for toilet. There should also be a water fountain for water bottle refills to make it easier. There is a vending machine in one of the buildings but not everyone wants to buy water. If you're in the second building you gotta walk to the next one just to buy water. To go play badminton on the inside court you have to walk through the basket ball court.. There is no walking path or signs provided. Things become difficult if there are people using the basket ball court- walking through the court isn't safe if it's in use. Signage in this place can be better.
We've been using the facility for 5 years now and quite like it. The people are super nice and comfortable to deal with. We are very happy to continues use the place for the future. Overall, it is a enjoyable place to play sports, meeting new friends and have fun!!!!
It’s the regular place for me and my friends to play badminton, good price and friendly staff. The System only allows you to book 2 weeks ahead to avoid anyone occupied all the courts. They’ve got club on Thursday night and Sunday night, so anyone who wants to play can join the club.
Decent courts and clean toilets. There were just a lot of extra stuff on the side, which was okay but would be nice if it was tidier. Nonetheless, good rates offered and plenty of programmes foe the kids.
The staff is efficient and helpful in booking reservations. They do not have an online presence yet and the badminton courts have some gaps but can hardly complain at this price point. May not be for professionals and league matches but good for practice and leisure.

We had an Excellent customer service from the team who were really helpful in getting things organized and were patient in answering a lot of questions i had. The badminton courts are well maintained despite the wet weather conditions. The only downside i would give is for the website. The booking confirmation email can include details of where the courts are located and the address of the location since that part is confusing on your online booking form as well. However, kudos to the customer facing team, both of you were awesome!!!
My basketball was stolen, and when I asked the manager if he could check the security cameras for it, he lied and told me that they only show a live feed. I know he lied because I came back two weeks later and asked a different worker, and this worker was more than happy to check the cameras, but unfortunately they only go back one week. So because of the managers laziness, my ball is gone for good.
Nice place, not the best but has all you need at a decent cost and ample parking space.
I want to complaint David long incharge mt albert ymca Saturday afternoon ball games for Asian community. We did not received cancelation notice for multiple weeks, we lounged a complaint inquired them to investigate, he says I complaint to the wrong crew, he feel uncomfortable and kicked us out gym. We have been unlawful discriminated, we are been protected by Human Rights Act 1993 in this country. We attempt to dispute within club, but he already the head, so we have to get ymca or synergy to step in, if ymca or synergy can't come up with appropriate results, we have to move on to the court
