If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order on deliveroo and it was sent to the incorrect address by Mizzonis. When I called to complain about the extremely lengthy delay and inedible cold food i was told by the operative that they would send a new one out. I asked for them to put it on the account as it was now too late over 90 minutes since I ordered. I was told this was not a problem, when I called to reorder a week or so later the manager told me he could only give me 10 or 20% off for this. I told him this was unacceptable as I was told differently and he refused to honour this. Will not order out of here again and very disappointed with how it was handled.
Great pizzas but never and I mean NEVER order for delivery. There is always a problem and be prepared to wait over an hour. Beyond hopeless!
It would get a better reading if they answered the calls before closing time!! Made 4 calls from 3:30 until 3:55 and no answer. That is a hike specially you allow orders until 4:00am on a Saturday. Edenmore is a let down and this is at. 3:47 making a call to them. Fix your franchise!!!!
Took over 1 hour to come from edenmore Mizonis came and whole order was wrong rang them back up and the girl was very cheeky refused to change the order that she got wrong she was talking to me as if I got the order wrong never again

Ordered pizza last night, never arrived. Lied on phone saying driver knocked. We have a door bell camera he clearly didnt. Why didnt he ring? Shop was closed when we rang back. Long term regular customers. Wont be ordering again.
Got the wrong order after an hour waiting, rang up and the girl on the phone didn’t apologies for there mistake and sent the driver back to collect the pizza said she’ll send out the right one but we’d have to wait again, just asked for a refund. I’ve never heard of this before are they going to give this pizza to someone else? I wouldn’t want a pizza that has been in someone else’s hands.
For 15 euros I got burned pizza, disgrace
