Thank you for visiting MIX's Facebook. We're a Hutt Valley non-profit working with people experiencing mental distress. We're supporting people within our community to grow their skills, wellbeing and resilience.

We offer two FREE programmes which run Mon-Fri:
> Community & Wellbeing Programme
offering a wide range of workshops and experiences to support wellbeing.

> Creative Spaces Programme
offering a wide range of creativity workshops and experiences to support wellbeing. Includes bone carving, ceramics, drawing, painting and more

Our services cover both Lower Hutt and Upper Hutt.

We respond to Facebook messages usually within 1-2 days Mon-Fri. During weekends or holidays this may take longer. If you'd like to talk with someone at MIX more quickly please ring us Mon-Fri 9.30am-4pm (04) 569 3162.
