My favourite shop! Magnificent ratio of staff to customers, and all are courteous and experts in their fields. Huge range of products at very good prices, and excellent service throughout. Just disappointed that they dumped Fly Buys in favour of Airpoints.
Level 2.5 and no control on how many people coming through the door. It seems really irresponsible when most other places are taking steps to limit risk. This means also putting your lovely, hard working staff at risk too....

Very hard to fault my favorite shop. I do very much like the checkout model, one que to the several check out operators, it is very efficient.
These superstores are great , and there is always good service from the team members . but as a tradie I'm not encouraged by any real trade discount , and a lack of scope in some trade items . only a serious survey with interest in clients could improve anything .

Online orders are always a disaster with Mitre10. The order is never ready when you show up at the store. It was already the case before covid. With covid we have no other choice but to order online. Better to take you day off going pickup your box of screws...
