I returned some items with out the receipt and was made to feel as if I was lying about when I had purchase them because a colleague at the checkouts had not scanned the item correctly. Then with two others bought around the same time I was told she did not have time to find them and I need to come back with the original receipt And a person form the department I was returning the items too then came and started to asked me “why had the items been scanned though the till incorrectly !!! Shocking customer service and way to treat a customer that has spent money in your store I will definitely not shopping at this store again I thought Kerikeri store was bad, but this tops that
I like that the staff go out of their way if you ask where something is kept. They won't just tell you where to find the item but walk with you to show you. Very friendly and always smiling. Good work Mitre 10 Whangarei.
Very disappointed with the service I got today. Had made a special trip down as I live 1 hr 15mins away, and I had seen on Website that what I wanted was in store. When I got there I couldn't see what I wanted,asked two ladies, one was helpful the other just said she didnt know if they had it and that seemed to be as far as she was prepared to help. First Lady younger girl said she would look on computer, and discovered they had 12, she was going to look in warehouse for me,2nd lady said if you go there can you find me and gave the young girl a list of what she wanted. Mean while I'm left waiting 20 minutes for the girl who comes back to say she couldn't find them wondering if in fact she was busy looking for other ladies list of items While I was waiting another assistant came over to say I was silly for not ringing first and for trusting their Website. They really need to improve their customer service as I left feeling I was just a nuisance to them.
Always love a good shop at the store, but lost 1 due to fact website says item I really want was in stock..... but after driving the 45kms into town I find it out of stock in store.

Beautiful place to get Al your stuff for and around your house. Lots of products to choose from and you can also have a nice coffee for a break. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They love to provide you with helpful advice and information. Lots of parking spaces are available. They're also providing the customer with free Wi-Fi.
Very helpful team who go out of their way to help. Wide range of goods where you should find what you need at a reasonabel price. Fourth start added because they actively monitor the reviews and reached out whern I only gave 3 stars - customer service does extend beyond in-store experiences...

Lovely Big Store but often doesn't have what your wanting to buy that they advertise online. Very annoying. It's so typical of chain stores in Northland.
