Store is good and has most things in stock but the employees have no idea what they're doing ask them a question and takes them a bit to think then they refer you to someone else. The staff should know basic diy things if they work at mitre like different types of superglue.
Tony Ronan and Stan you guys rock. You all went above and beyond your job today. Just made it easy for me. Picked out the wood as I wasn't sure but had the vision. Cheers guys.very happy lady.
They had a awesome team on Tuesday 31st October 2023 evening. They are a great asset to Mitre10. Hannah was so helpful and friendly full of knowledge with the dog food. There was a lovely young girl who helped me in the garden area and the guy who came out to offer to help take my stuff to the car I think he was the store manager! You guys rock !
Multiple times I have come here needing something to find they don’t have it or they are out of stock even though it’s supposed to be a Mitre 10 Mega. Staff are knowledgeable about where items are throughout the store but don’t know anything when it comes down to using said item.nBought some ply wood the other day and needing it cut to size but they couldn’t do that.nIf you need a key cut you’re better off going to a locksmith as they actually know how to cut a key.nCan’t count how many times I’ve made the drive to Silverdale just to get what I need at Bunnings instead as Mitre 10 is no help. We need a Bunnings in WarkworthnAnd if you look at the review replies they are all the same “sorry to hear that, thanks for your time, contact us so a manager can contact you”nActually Useless.
All the staff was helpful.....tried to find me a part that i wanted..... Garry from tap department eventually found the part. Very happy customer
