Very helpful staff and always ready to lend a hand to expedite Client make decisions. They allowed and assisted me open a tower fan box and try it out in store before purchase. I did not end up buying it bcz it did not provide the wind power I needed ; but they were not disappointed and infact assisted me in an alternate search which I was successful at. Thanks team and keep up the client-centric approach. When a team works in one goal as their combined focus, that's when companies achieve phenomenal success.

Daniik saved my life once he's basically the manager for the whole place and I see him at checkouts, changing lightbulbs, wrestling zoo animals and managing the paperwork for the up and coming bar/pub collaboration. Overall a massively amazing worker who helps me every time I go in despite having this tremendous work load.
I have been around the world to so many different hardware stores and this is the best, staff are so friendly and helpful, the plants are always so lush and well looked after with such a wonderful choice to choose from. I enjoy my visit each time I come back to Warkworth. The Cafe is also worth the trip just for lunch the best!
