Nice store and friendly staff, but some plants I've purchased from here get pampas seedlings sprouting from the root ball, not surprised though considering all the mature seeding pampas growing within the property
Store is good and has most things in stock but the employees have no idea what they're doing ask them a question and takes them a bit to think then they refer you to someone else. The staff should know basic diy things if they work at mitre like different types of superglue.

I have been around the world to so many different hardware stores and this is the best, staff are so friendly and helpful, the plants are always so lush and well looked after with such a wonderful choice to choose from. I enjoy my visit each time I come back to Warkworth. The Cafe is also worth the trip just for lunch the best!
Multiple times I have come here needing something to find they don’t have it or they are out of stock even though it’s supposed to be a Mitre 10 Mega. Staff are knowledgeable about where items are throughout the store but don’t know anything when it comes down to using said item. Bought some ply wood the other day and needing it cut to size but they couldn’t do that. If you need a key cut you’re better off going to a locksmith as they actually know how to cut a key. Can’t count how many times I’ve made the drive to Silverdale just to get what I need at Bunnings instead as Mitre 10 is no help. We need a Bunnings in Warkworth And if you look at the review replies they are all the same “sorry to hear that, thanks for your time, contact us so a manager can contact you” Actually Useless.
All the staff was helpful.....tried to find me a part that i wanted..... Garry from tap department eventually found the part. Very happy customer
Excellent experience, quite weekday mornings, found what I needed easily and out through the checkout. New mats for the Airbnb.
Family and I Went in other day to grab some things for beach day and sadly when I went to get a price check this old lady couldn’t keep her home life out of her work life and threatened me ect…out of all this. I don’t know where it came from as I have been in there multiple times before. My partner said don’t threaten my family ect and now he is trespassed. Which I love how that works.. She had my son shaking and scared all while she went off at me and sadly the workplace just stood up for the staff. Sadly they don’t deal with these situations well. She did not get a warning what so ever.
They had a awesome team on Tuesday 31st October 2023 evening. They are a great asset to Mitre10. Hannah was so helpful and friendly full of knowledge with the dog food. There was a lovely young girl who helped me in the garden area and the guy who came out to offer to help take my stuff to the car I think he was the store manager! You guys rock !
Phoned three times and advised 1st in line then waiting a while told to leave message ,no other options been waiting over three weeks for an item that I was told original coming from a nearby branch Do you want me to do your response as it will be the same to all the others that give you a one rating
