Went to see if the kitchen cabinetry i found whilst in paihiatua was also able to be sourced through mitre 10 wanganui. The 2 women staff in the kitchen arean28/7/26 @ 320pm were utterly unhelpful. First they said they didn't do that here.. and they also didn't have any brochures of pantry cabinetry. Which was utter rubbish as 2 seconds later my friend handed me the cabinet books from a cabinet. I asked about prices.. her reply.. Google the sku code.. but they are 'very dear'. Not that, as a customer, I wanted her advice on what I should spend. But I think that's detrimental to the company that's selling them in your store. Very off putting to a purchase.
Every Mitre 10 I have been in to, including Whanganui, has exceptional customer service. They have a very good range of products. The overall experience while shopping at Mitre 10 stores brings us back.
