During my visit I had dealings with a few staff members. Each member was polite and as helpful as they were able to be.nI enjoyed my trip here and in future if and when I need anything similar I will likely return to support the team and their cheerful ethic.
Always a joy visiting this store. Staff in the garden centre are always helpful and ready to assist. Plus the cafe. Yummy food.
Excellent service on the phone from Anthony and Mark on Sunday 11May 2025. . Whilst it was a small order they both could not have been more helpful, pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable. . I was very impressed with how they found the item I was looking for and helped me order this over the phone and organising a courier for delivery. Being 2 hours out of town, this was so very helpful. I enjoy going to mitre 10 for a coffee. I also like walking the aisles looking at what I might need. They have a huge range and mostly helpful staff.
Got some bags of bark and manure. I've just come out of hospital and the lady that served me was SO polite. Went out to put them in my car, and found the same lady had gone over and beyond her job, and came to lift them into the car for me. Don't know her name but she deserves recognition for her kindness.
