During my visit I had dealings with a few staff members. Each member was polite and as helpful as they were able to be.nI enjoyed my trip here and in future if and when I need anything similar I will likely return to support the team and their cheerful ethic.
Like shopping n browsing here. Nit impressed with checkout girl Kaitlin/Caitlin, didn't greet, no personality not good on front desk. Sorry, but thought uoud like to know. Wanganui shop. Cheers Pam
Always a joy visiting this store. Staff in the garden centre are always helpful and ready to assist. Plus the cafe. Yummy food.
Excellent service on the phone from Anthony and Mark on Sunday 11May 2025. . Whilst it was a small order they both could not have been more helpful, pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable. . I was very impressed with how they found the item I was looking for and helped me order this over the phone and organising a courier for delivery. Being 2 hours out of town, this was so very helpful.
