Mitre 10 MEGA Wanganui

Like the other Mitre 10 businesses, the building is massive and spacious. The staffs are friendly and smiling. They offer Afterpay which is useful if you want to buy some appliances or houseware equipments.

Great customer service from a young man in the outdoor garden. Was after a couple of small lavenders, which he found for me, wrapped. Got all the plants I was looking for. Nice checkout lady too. Pleasure to shop there, keep up the great work!

Pretty good store. Staff are not as friendly as other Mitre10 branches that I have been to EG: Westgate & Lincoln Road, Auckland you are often greeted by a staff member at the entrance; and a lot of the staff will say hi and ask you if you need help - they don’t just walk straight past you.

Very helpful cash register staff. Not so where I went in the store to buy a couple of toilet lid replacements - waited for ages to be attended to, no seats to sit on as I cannot stand too long.

I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. One of the girls at the trade desk is the rudest and laziest staff member I've ever come across at any hardware store in my 25 years or so of being a tradie. If a customer is trying to find something you get off your but and go look for them. Not use the bloody camera surveillance to look for an item. NOT GOOD ENOUGH MITRE 10

I was buying a plant and the nice lady was very kind and patient and even helped me put my stuff in my bag. It's a big place with everything you need

I have just moved to Whanganui And I just love shopping at this store. Staff are friendly and helpful and makes for a pleasant experience. And no masks. Well done Mitre 10. You obviously care about your staff and customers

The staff at this hardware store are so helpful and friendly. It’s one of the best businesses to visit in NZ. Hard to beat

We wwnr into the Cafe and had morning tea .. the staff were 10/10 and everyone enjoyed their meal and drinks ... congratulations to the Cafe team well presented and very well mannered 100 percent will visit again when iam back down those ways ... congratulations team best service

I love trips to the DIY store. The staff in Wanganui are outstanding. Thanks for loading up our trolley with new toys for my other half to play with
