We often shop in your store, most staff are friendly and always try to be helpful, but now will not be shopping there anymore as you are more interested in the select few that shop with Airpoints, advertising the club prices so confusing shoppers, ending up paying more at the till. Not all consumers are interested in the Airpoints as these points expire before anything decent can be bought. As for the Gold card that isn't even considered or offered.
Worst Mega store ever, Stock levels and selections were pathetic, outrageously expensive. $3.70 for 2 X 4mm machine screws. That cost a few cents to make. Daylight robbery. You're not even worth my time taking a pic. You deserve negative stars
Mixed Experience - Unprofessional Customer ServicenMost staff at Pukekohe Mitre 10 are helpful and knowledgeable, and I appreciate their advice. However, I had a disappointing experience with a young, black-haired customer service employee. When I approached her about a broken gardening tool, instead of resolving the issue she falsely accused me of mistreating her, something her own colleagues who were present confirmed did not happen.nThe manager clarified the situation, but it was frustrating to be wrongly accused. I later learned she is the boss’s daughter, which may explain why she behaves this way without consequences.nAdvice to non-Kiwis: Be cautious when dealing with her, as she may invent problems rather than solve them. A shame, as the rest of the team is excellent.
Excellent customer service - thank you to the young lady who went out of her way to assist us - very helpful and organised delivery of the goods. Much appreciated.
Nice cafe good coffee. Prices on plants on specials not impressed as the plants were literally dead. Please don't sell lifeless plants at such prices.
