Just about everything you want is here. Nice big store. Lots of staff who all seem willing to help.
Had a customer service agent help us by opening a cabinet to give us a product we were after for a Fathers day gift. When we went to the checkouts, we noticed he was watching and following us. We purchased the product at checkouts, grabbed the receipt and went to our car. We sat in the car for 5 minutes then noticed the same worker come towards our car, then circled our car noting our number plate and asked to see our receipt. We showed it to him noting he was the same customer service agent that gave us the product to take to checkouts. The whole interaction felt off because I drove away feeling I did something wrong to warrant this. We just wanted to buy a nice Fathers day gift..
Generally great service but the lady in the paint section 60ish, short purple hair needs to take a lesson in manners when dealing with customers, very rude and dismissive. Do better!
Love mitre ten but the Flat Bush branch off Te Irangi hadn't customer service what so over. The People working at the till were talking completely not interested in helping
