Got a outdoor lounge setting - great service in store. I was informed by the customer service team at billing that the delivery would be made at a certain time - however - kept waiting. Finally contacted the store and they said “must have been a miscommunication” and it’s set to be delivered for a time i told them no one would be home. They couldn’t do much and now it’s delayed by 5 days. Not the best experience.
I have always had excellent service here over the years, especially with my major landscaping projects from which the mitre 10 tutorials on you-tube have been invaluable and sucessfully built a deck, pagola, fences, and retaining wall as a result. A special acknowledgement for the staff in the timber-yard who are always cheery and helpful and no longer bother going to the competition.
Love this place, my idea of a date heading to Mitre 10. Great staff, great product selection could be better if products restocked but I can always find alternatives.

I love this shop mitre 10 Pukekohe. Staff are very very helpful, I went in not knowing anything about gardening but with the help of many staff I have become quite the gardener so many thanks . Always walk out with a smile.

Unfortunately the worst of the “MEGAs” I’ve used. Quite often out of stock even when the website says ‘In Stock’, and staff around the aisles quite a loss less helpful than I’ve experienced in other stores - with even more indifference in the trade section - perhaps DIY’ers are seen as just a nuisance? Coffee shop is good though - although that doesn’t help with the garden projects!
Has everything you need, prices are ok however there is always a wait line at the checkouts that often back out into the gardening area. So if you purchase something be prepared to wait in line for five or ten minutes.
Practically live here, helpful staff, great prices, plenty of parking and have just about everything you need including a cafe and playground for the little ones.
Awesome service, great supplies.
