I had an issue with one something I'd bought and wasn't able to get it back to the store to swap it. Kaylah was super helpful and prompt with her response and arranged for the pick up and redelivery of the item. The person who delivered it was very friendly and helpful. Thanks team!
Recently relocated to Wellington Nz from other country. Found out this hardware warehouse with so many things. Hardware range are so extensive and even they selling household stuffs, and even plants.nnPlants are not as much or as nice than Palmers in town. But they still have good range of plants and even gigantic pots. So many things! Worth to drop by and shop around ..
I was incredibly pleased with my visit to mitre 10 today. I was served by a young man with the name tag Jasper and he was an absolute delight! Cannot recommend this store enough for all your home needs!!
Well organised hardware I building supplies I DIY store. Knowledgeable mixed- aged staff - the older staff are sage. Always something you need when you go in.
It's a very good shop. I needed help from a worker since I could not find what I was looking for, but already a lady who attended us in the gazebo area, I did not know well what I was doing and I was approximately 20 minutes waiting for him to give me an answer of the product I was looking for, to finish I had to leave and I did not get what I was looking for.
