Great local garden shop. Always a good selection, friendly staff - great banter. Staff always pack up lots of items into a box to help transport items to your vehicle.
Stock levels seem to be getting down a bit lately. I grabbed the last items of a weird mix. Door handles, window latches, desk hardware. All stuff you think a hardware store would have hundreds of but most were 3 or 4 left. I'm happy but next customer is going to be a bit out of luck.
Good experience as usual. Friendly helpful staff. Even greet you as you walk past... which I do appreciate. Well laid out. Plenty of stock and variety. Great spot to sort the DIY projects. They have useful "how to" videos linked in from their website which are great and clear. Definitely a Mega Store! Huge.
It is big, loud and very busy. Got what I was after in the end, and was assisted by a helpful and knowledgeable staff who unfortunately had poor hygiene standards.
The BEST Mitre 10 I've ever been to ... their range is impressive ... I use this store both for products around the home and work. The staff are extremely helpful and always friendly! I often find myself heading there for coffee and a bite to eat as well lol ... their cafe is outstanding! Ample parking onsite for all customers including Disabled and Parent parking and a cool little playground to entertain the kids while you enjoy a Cappuccino... I highly recommend.
Actually had the Ego accessory that I wanted unlike other stores in the region. Great stock levels.
Won't publish honest reviews. I attempted to review a filter tap I recently bought. "The filter is great, compact, and easy to install. You will need some kind of thread that isn't supplied. I never received an email to say the product was at the store and ready to be picked up. I called after 2 weeks and was told it was already there. So I waited for a product that was already in the store, pays to be proactive." It was moderated and will be published if I remove the comment about the service. No wonder there are so few reviews, as unless you say products are wonderful the review will not be posted.
Standard mitre 10 place with pretty much everything you need for home maintenance and tool supplies. Prices are a little high with most items being more expensive than competitors like Placemakers and Bunnings. Cafe is average and is pretty slow on the service front. Cakes and muffins are sometimes not very fresh and are leftovers from the previous day. Coffee is poor long black and was sour on my visit. I've had coffee here previously and it wasn't that good either. Either the staff haven't been trained properly or the coffee beans are not well roasted or ground incorrectly.
Love this place, fantadtic service. Went to buy some Resene paint. Unfortunately they were out of stock for that paint. The service person at the paint area took my name and number, after him ringing a few local places he found one 10 litre pail for me and rang me to tell me where I could purchase this, fantastic service, a big thank you.
Nice store, but things are way overpriced. This does not surprise me as it is supposed to provide only local goods. Overall, Bunnings is a better option.
