Mitre 10 MEGA Oamaru

Coffee was hot and not to strong. Good variety of foods, but need more gluten free options in the cabinet.

I needed to get some screws and other items for a project I'm working on. The person assisting me went out of his way to make sure I got the best products at the best price. I'm mega impressed!

Love this shop but was very disappointed today to find out that this Mitre 10 is NOT dog friendly. Most are from what I understand but Oamaru's negativity towards dogs in general has obviously taken hold here. Im am a responsible small dog owner. Sad

Friendly atmosphere, Christmasy they had a guy there with a remote control R2-D2. Very cool

Staff are consistently helpful and knowledgeable. I think this may have much to do with having older staff - they have the experience to give good advice. Combine this with their amazing customer services, you'll just keep going back. The Timaru branch is awesome too.

As you would expect a wide range of products to choose from. Cheaper brands and top quality brands...Good helpful staff.but for some reason all the cheaper items were out of stock on this day I was here. ... So definitely check stock online.

Staff here are great. The lady in the lighting section was super friendly and helpful. We come here a lot and almost always find what we need.
