So good!!!nExcellent customer service. Great products.nI used click and collect. Fantastic!!
Paula in the plumbing dept is a legend !!!nI walked in there looking lost, she sorted me out with some spouting and all the bits I needed for it. She even came out to the trade area to make sure I'd tied it all on to my trailer safely.
We just had a fantastic experience with Jeremy in the kitchen department at Mitre10 Nelson. He was friendly, helpful, and came up with some design ideas we hadn’t considered. He checked out prices on different configurations for us and at all times made us feel like valued customers. We had previously talked to the kitchen department at Bunnings Nelson, and had a totally different experience. The staff member there was uninterested, snarky, defensive if we wanted to make changes, and made us feel like we were taking up her precious time. We will be ordering from Mitre10, even though it will cost more, based solely on the experience we had with the staff at each store. And this goes for the staff in general…..they are so much friendlier and more helpful at Mitre10 than Bunnings. They obviously believe in staff training!
Big spacious well layed out.nHelpful safe who do give good advice.nAnd of course the coffee shop beside the garden centre is great and always part of my visit to Mitre 10.
