I have shopped at this store many times over the years and watched the service increasingly go down hill, we were looking for help in the building supplies area today and was not approached by a single staff member.nCorrect me if I'm wrong but is there job to approach customers and help or just ignore there even there..nWhen I approached the lady at the counter for help I was told it's just the normal.nI'm sorry but the staff should be there to help customers not stand around trying to look busy.nThey say shop local but sorry to say I'll go elsewhere.nNot impressed at all
Great place to shop but repeatedly a struggle to find a parking spot in your lot!!. Hardly anyone in your shop so why is parking lot nearly always full?? Maybe need to assess users? Can't be all staff parking? Is it hospital parking from next door?? Would be good if customers could get a spot!!!
A big Mitre 10!nIt has everything, very tidy and well maintained. The toilet is clean, they have a cafe area. The nursery is great and the price is reasonable.

I bought 3 bags of 40kg cement today. After paying I had to search for someone down the opposite end to help me load the cement. He seemed disinterested in helping, more worried about looking busy. I am a 65kg woman and I had to carry a 40kg bag of cement myself. Your employee thought it was appropriate to say “ohh I’ll show you the easy way to carry it” and throw the cement on top of his shoulder. Your employees are too busy chatting with each other instead of helping your customers.
