Staff helpfull Stock prices more than I expected. Black & decker dust buster seems pretty bad.. quite useless .. will give it a while see if I can find a way to make it do the job I want it for.. car

Bought some wood, MDF and plasterboard, needed lots of help to find the correct stuff and fit it in my car. A lovely older gentleman kindly helped me find, cut and the put in my car everything I needed. Great customer service above and beyond the normal.

This is the second Mitre 10 store we have gone into in less than a week with the intent of purchasing products for a full bathroom fit out and have had staff blatantly look at us and ignore us, not even a hello. Is it a Mitre 10 thing that you don't teach staff customer service 101 and at least acknowledge customers. Heading into a recession and this is how customers are treated good luck to you.

I have just been into your branch of mitre10 the other afternoon. I needed help getting the right product for my garden tool. Out of all the staff standing around nobody came to assist. I thought someone would come over to the rack and ask me if I required some assistance but they didn't. I was at the rack for a long period of time. When I used the click n collect for the garden tool also asked the lady on desk about the trimmer lines required. She said "I don't know anything about it". I don't really know what to think about this because one would presume the staff in a store know the products they are selling but apparently not here. I like the store don't get me wrong, it's friendly at the tills but why don't they even care about assisting the customers who come in and don't know much about d.i.y and gardening. We don't all have burly boyfriends at home to help.

Just had the worst customer service from a young man at the till. First issue is he left the previous customers money on the counter roughly 300 dollars and started to process my sale, he became confrontational for no reason and made the sale a ridiculous experience. It felt like he was a boy trying to be a bloke but failed in spectacular fashion. Get him with the boys to fine tune his boyishness!

5 stars but lose 2 because keep the bloody dogs out of there. Seriously who thought that was a good idea? you arent gaining any customers because of it, but youre definitely losing some

Great place easy to fine what you need really helpful staff and friendly and have a great garden area

I love this home store. My son has autism and can't handle loud noises and they even have noise cancelling hearing protectors that look funky and wonderful and don't make him look out of place. They are not the standard orange but a fluro green. They have everything here and a very knowledgable staff who will help and have advice on everything in store. And there is an awesome little play area.

Much better plumbing selection than Bunnings. Helpful staff. Also much cheaper heavy duty extension cords... From that small sample of products they're winning.

Always a pleasant place to shop. Staff friendly and helpful. Also have some items you wouldn't think to find in a hardware store.
