Excellent service and very friendly and professional staff. The items I was after were not on stock in both Hamilton stores so I went all the way to Cambridge. The short drive was worthy it. Very friendly staff who were ready to assist the customer. And plenty stocks available. Not a very big store in size and has all you need. Very neatly presented and nice cafe and garden area to visuat even if you are not there to buy anything. Parking spaces avaialble at store front.
Service is generally great. Jan and most of his team are always willing to help. - Notable mentions to Zach, Barry, Andrew and Cal. Had an issue with one staff member not knowing the stores policies and overcharging me $70, however the manager Jan was very helpful when I complained and sorted the issue. The only other negative is that the store isn’t quite big enough to hold everything that Mitre 10 has to offer at some of its larger stores. - But I’m usually able to find most things I need.
We shop here often, it's very handy for items small or large for the house and garden. There are lots of helpful staff available to help us find what we need. From paint to plants, plumbing, wood, tools, lighting, hardware, storage, garden furniture, bbqs and so much more. Plenty of car parks and a nice cafe adjacent to the garden centre.
Had a click and collect. Easy parking and item was ready. Good service.
Usual good attendance from staff getting my shopping done asap ! great service.
