Today, I went to buy garden water pipes, and it was clearly marked $109, which was placed in the special sale area, but later I went to the checkout to the price change to $245. Then I told the manager of the cashier area, and she took me to see it again. She said that they had made a mistake in the price, and she told me that I could not sell you the price, although it was the same brand, it was not the same model. Very bad shopping experience.

Having gone here a few times now for assistance with our above ground pool, I have found the staff here to be friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased a few items on Boxing day which meant I was given some vouchers, but the young guy serving forgot to activate them - this was sorted straight away so kudos to the Manager for that. Nothing bad to say to date, keep it up!

Came in here for a heater and had the most EXCEPTIONAL service from Lily in the Heating department. She listened to us thoroughly, and asked detailed questions about the room size etc. to determine if we were buying the right heater. We walked away with a completely different heater to the one we originally went in for. Super impressed.

My new happy place , lovely staff members , i feel welcomed

I am a regular DIY customer buy stuff for my landscaping need. Here’s my good/bad experience mostly bad at the checkout counter in drive through: 1. Load things into ur car and go to checkout. 2. If Good customer representative: she will ask what have u loaded and quantity. If she’s unsure about the product SKU she will take ur help to find it in system or ask a team member to go and create a docket with handheld device in ur car or if short staffed politely ask you to help him/her etc etc. 3. The bad one: “Can u tell me SKU’s? I can’t do ur billing without SKU’s, go and find them out. “ Now u go back and click pictures of all the SKUs of all loaded items to get your billing done. Some of the products don’t even have SKU label and the above person only want SKU not product images. Frustrating. And same story for getting ur receipt emailed by scanning your Airpoints card. “No, scanning Airpoints card won’t bring your account. Tell me your account number.” Do u even have account with us” And you will keep on arguing for 5-10 minutes to convince that it worked last 5-10 times with you at the checkout counter with exactly the same arguments. Again frustrating. I really love this store and will keep on coming but it’s frustrating to always go to this repetitive bad experience. If you want us to note SKUs or magically find them if label is missing, while we load please provide us pen and paper when we enter and ur system access to search and find SKU’s.

Amazing service from James from kitchens. Freindly from the first phone call all the way until long after lifting the benchtops twice because i grabbed the wrong colour. Was very impressed with his attitudue and professionalism.

Visted today 11th June 2023 after earlier good phone consultation. Lighting department, excellent service very satisfied customer.

Generally good, but sometimes don't have items in stock despite the website saying they do. Suggested I drive to Warkworth or Westgate to pick up timber! Sorry, Bunnings is 5 minutes down the road...

Theres a reason that the Albany store was store of the year: all the staff are knowledgable and helpful. I have yet to come across a staff member who isnt!
