Worse customer service I've ever experienced. Even had to move out of the way of your staff member so she could continue chatting to the guy. store is a mess, cant even walk thru the nursery without tripping over products no hello when walking in or even an offer for help.. would rather drive to a bunnings store !.
This mitre 10 constantly refuses to order in product from other stores. Won't even do it if you offer to pay the courier fee, staff member said it was to much hassle and wasn't there job.nnThis has happened more than once to multiple people. Almost certainly because they have a local monopoly.
Great customer service, easy to find stuff
Love love love the indoor plant section I could be lost all dsy
Pretty disappointing going all the way over from Putāruru only to have the staff have 0 knowledge of a product you’re looking for, having to spend 10 mins while they search the product up on the computer then another ten minutes looking for the product because they don’t know what they are looking for then having to find it yourself only to find that there’s only two left in the box and you need 50 not the first time either.
