After travelling around New Zealand with little choice of pure veg Indian food it was nice to have some favourites here.
I used to love going to this place however recently the inconsistency in service and quality of the food has really affected my experience. The staff there really need some training on how to interact with customers. Also the food- I reordered something bcs I liked it. However the second time it was never even close to how it was done the first time.npani puri - 9$ for 6 puris? That’s ridiculous pricing. They clearly know what they’re doing.
I’ve been a regular customer of this place for a long time, but I had a very disappointing experience recently when I took my family there for the first time. My brother went inside to get a spare box and was even ready to pay for it, but one of the staff members rudely asked, “What will you do with this?” and then said, “Did you pay? It’s not free!”nnThat kind of behavior was completely unnecessary and very embarrassing, especially in front of my family. I never expected this kind of attitude from a shop I’ve supported regularly. It really ruined our experience.nSadly, I’d rate it 0/10 and will not be visiting again unless the management takes proper action to ensure their staff treat customers with respect.
My favourite lunch place when I'm in Hamilton. I always buy extra to take home. Delicious food and great prices.
Mithaiwala s product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. It’s South Indian Menu and Sweets are my favourite .nfood is so yummy and fresh and all the Sweets made by Deshi Ghee.nI was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.
