I bought sweets today from the shop. I found thread in the milk cake which is not hygienic. I hope you guys improve your hygiene as far as food safety is concern.

Very nice sweet gift boxes range & reasonable price. Highly recommended
Food looks nice, however: it's very unfortunate that staff don't acknowledge or serve their customer's promptly. Twice now we have visited and been left for 10 minutes unserved or acknowledged. Staff don't even make eye contact they just leave you there waiting until they've finished cooking which is to long, especially if you're in line waiting to order sweets or something fast, you don't get served. Waiting time is to long.nHas potential to be a great place it's the staff customer service and timing that lets the place down.
