I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent visit to Mithayiwala on Five Cross Road. I visited the store to purchase some items and, upon placing my order, asked the staff member serving me whether the PayWave facility was working. He responded that it was working, provided there were sufficient funds on the card.nnI asked this question because, on a previous visit shortly after the store opened, the PayWave facility was not operational. However, the manner in which the staff member responded on this occasion came across as unnecessarily sarcastic, which I felt was unprofessional.nnI hope Mithayiwala will ensure that staff receive proper training in customer service to maintain the professional and respectful standard expected by customers in New Zealand.nThanks
Mithaiwala is hands down the best spot for authentic Indian food! The flavors are rich, the food is always fresh, and the quality is unbeatable. Whether it’s snacks, curries, or sweets, everything tastes like home. The service is warm and welcoming, making every visit a great experience. Highly recommend to anyone who loves real Indian food!
Most excellent! I love this place and the aromatic, sensational food they serve. Delicious vegetarian cuisine and tasty sweet treats galore. Don't pass it up and visit multiple times to try out the different treats available. Soooo good
It Was late night and Bought chapattis and Dal makhni on day of Diwali got the transaction details all the food was old from morning flour and not fresh Had to throw away it all.called and let them know other than saying that “they will take care of it from next time” instead of refund or swapping it for fresh food. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. It is our usual go to place though.
