I am a fully qualified Hair Stylist who works from home and also offers a mobile service.

Story

I have had quite a few similar questions asked, so thought I'd do an Q & A to answer a few basics...(saves me typing each answer individually!)


Where are you based?
I am based from home in Hastings. Once you book an appointment, I'll PM you the address. Please also note, I do not have a basin. When coming for colour work, my clients either rinse in the shower or over the bath.


Will you travel out of town?
In short-yes. I've done days in various cities and towns. Usually for weddings, but if there is enough work in one place to warrant me spending a day out of town, I would definately consider it. These would typically be a Saturday.


What days do you work?
Every day except Sunday. BUT....I work another 8-5 job, am a mother to a busy toddler, wife. My appointments are suited to my situation. Sometimes things arise (ie; my child is sick or I have a family emergency). This is not often, but please be aware that if I have something unexpected happen, my family comes first. I will, however, try to reschedule you as soon as is possible :)


Are you a qualified hairdresser?
Yes :)


Why are you so cheap?
Because I work from home and do not have the overheads a salon has which is why I can offer competitive pricing. I also order in salon exclusive products by request.

(*Ball party is when 6 students gather at one house and all have their hair put up. The host has their hair done for free :)

Toner is included unless hair is exceptionally long. Long length hair for toner incurs $25 extra charge.
