Did not get vents evenly spread in kitchen and lounge come back and seen a hole in the roof 5feet from the other vent, oh could not get to the lounge so put it here no consultation just cut the hole.  A phone call would have been good have to turn heat and fan up to try and make it to the lounge not satisfied
