***Don't buy a house in Mildale if if neighboring land is empty***nnIf you’re thinking about buying a house in Mildale, be cautious if the land next door is empty. Unfortunately, Mildale's policies seem to focus solely on following regulations, rather than considering the privacy of residents. I purchased a house next to an empty lot, and now a two-story house is being built. Their large windows and deck have a direct view into my living spaces, including the kitchen and bedrooms. The company doesn’t seem to care—they simply state that the plans follow the rules, with no regard for how it impacts our privacy.
Roads that narrow are going to cause problemsnNot impressed, roundabouts are a joke, poor planningnGreat takeaways there though
Excellent place to live
Google maps doesn't allow for the stops or places you can't pass due to building and roadworks ,you will get lost every time your out there even the builders admitted to getting lost when we asked for directions couldn't get out of the suburb for half hour because Google maps takes you to dead ends and places you can't pass
The roads are very narrow. I had to pull onto a pavement as a truck was travelling towards me. If I hadn't pulled off the truck would of bumped my car. Roads extremely narrow, not sure how they got away with the design through council. Very POOR design. Was it greed, to maximise on profits by narrowing roads, makes one think!
