We just bought my daughter a new bike from here and the price and service were really impressive. We got a great deal, but even better was the regular contact to update us on progress. I've spent a lot more on bikes elsewhere and got nowhere near that level of service.
I drove my son there to get a new bike. The service was great and the range of bikes was all we could ask for. He bought an awesome bike and rode it home
Bought an ebike. Charger failed after 2 months. Took bike in to get fixed. Still isn't charging. Took me to follow up and battery wasn't even charged. Bike isn't still working. Such a new bike and yet I am having to take it back. Staff rude; saying they were so inundated it would take a long time. Still no resolution.
I've bought two bikes from this store and every time they've been helpful and genuinely interested in making sure we picked the right bike, and then getting it assembled quickly. I'm next for a bike upgrade and will definitely be starting here.

The level of service and knowledge was second to none. My wife hadn't been on a bike for 30 years and found the e-bike we purchased was the best ever. It was reasonably priced and had all the necessary bits to make riding a breeze for her. She is over the moon.
