Ordered a cheese pizza, chicken burger and a box of fries. Fries too salty and huge for one portion. Cheese pizza had “very bad” odour. Inedible due to strong smell. Had the first bite and couldn’t bear the smell. Reported over the phone and was told to bring it back. The pics are of the returned pizza. All the way drove to hear it’s cheese and that they serve everyone the same and never hear any similar feedback. Was offered another similar cheese pizza but didn’t had the guts to tolerate the similar smell again so respectfully declined. Will definitely be off my list. Avoid!
We order 5 pieces of chicken,box of fries,and one pizza..two thighs was off,burnt and smelly.i tare up the thighs,it was too red inside and smelly.I think they're refried and sell,fries were not fried well..poor hygiene standards..first and last for us ordering at milanos
Chicken and chips was good. Large chicken portion and chips. BBQ lamb was burnt and 2 thin slices only. Staff need some customer service training. Not friendly at all and they speak to you like they are doing you a favor.
Went their to fill my cheesey pizza craving. So I ordered their Chicken hawaiian pizza without pineapple and Tandori chicken pizza spicy with fries & coke. The taste was awesome, delicious. Loved it. Filled with cheese and flavours. Staff was kind and friendly. They serve halal. Thank you.
Very very extremely bad whole chicken also first got the wrong order instead of chicken burger got a whole chicken combo. The chicken tasted like raw meat not edible at all Please improve your food quality Tasteless……….not worth for 50 dollar
Halal food. The place is losing its charm though. No longer maintained compared to a few years ago. The quality of pizza also gone down.. dry base, tasteless topping : I really hope they do something to get back up again.
Ordered 5 chicken peri peri burgers combos. The burgers nd chips was dry. Nothing like the picture on Uber eats. I was charged more than expected expected better quality food. Looked like food was made in a rush as well. Over cooked chips nd burger bun seemed expired. Very disappointed
Not the bestest of pizza places. Good if you're after halal options or don't eat beef/pork; as they don't have these options. Mostly chicken and vege based. Vegan cheese available at extra charge. Whilst wasn't busy at 9pm did take a long time for pizzas to come out longer for fries to arrive.
Ordered peri peri pizza and given wrong pizza and after making complaint we were disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of staff not even accepted mistake. Hardly recommend not to use this branch Service. Papatoetoe milanos is much better than this branch.
Never had any problems with my order. Vegetarian pizza is always been good. They dont joke about their fillings. If it says chicken pizza, you will get pizza full of chicken. Prices are not too bad either. Service is good. Always takeaway as not really a warm place to sit down and eat.
