Service͏ over and above. Highly recommended. Jo and Peter were very professional all the way, starting with a good overview of sales in the area, marketing options and recommendation for a very competitively priced staging company. Jo kept us well informed with weekly updates more frequently if we had wanted it and phone calls as required. Two examples of their service above and beyond expectations were the cleaning of the house prior to the first open home no charge to us and Peter fixing a front porch light that had come loose and stopped working. We felt as though nothing was too much trouble.

Jo was totally firm and professional whilst dealing with awkward people involved in the sale of the property. She helped me out immensely with empathy and humour, and achieved a sale in a very difficult market. Jo was easy to deal with and communicated frequently throughout the process.

An͏ absolute pleasure Peter and Jo were amazing through a reasonably complex first home buy. They were transparent, honest and clear. Making a difficult and unknown process a lot easier despite being the vendors agents.

Slack, very slack. Auction set for just over 4 weeks from 1st open home? Common feedback was - not enough time to get in a position to bid. Result? One serious bidder, passed in well below the reserve PW and others said was attainable. An 'ok money' offer came in a week later through a 3rd party. PW commended this to us as a great offer. Sure, price was ok but T&C loaded heavily in favour of the buyer with little protection for ourselves. Actually PW had left in an offer of $18000 for EQ repairs we had told him was off the table after the auction day. One month later he finally made contact with that buyer. One month? For a sale at about double the average Chch price we would have thought he'd be all over the buyer from early on - "anything I can do to make sure this goes through seamlessly?" Further, after the offer was signed he did virtually nothing to seek out back up offers/other possible buyers. Didn't even bother to follow up a lead we gave him! Of course, the sale fell through, 4 months wasted! I could go on but this'll do unless he wants me divulge various other issues.

Friendly and reliable real estate agent. We really appreciated Jo's friendly and warm style. She was uncommonly straight up and honest and always went the extra mile to ensure an easy transaction. Jo, thank you for making it all so easy.
