Story

We are the owners of the Mike Pero Real Estate business that covers the area of Rolleston and the broader area including West Melton, Kirwee, Darfield, Hororata and Springfield.

Tracey works full-time in the business looking after the clerical and administration function.
She is a licensed real estate salesperson and in recent years has enjoyed a role as a real estate salesperson based in Darfield. This experience combined with previous administrative jobs means she is can run things from the office and step in as a sales-support person.

Joe is a fifth generation Darfield local. Since leaving school, he has pursued a career in sales and marketing, the most recent 17 years in the Real Estate industry within the Selwyn District. After gaining his sales-person licence, Joe continued part-time studies for approximately 5 years initially gaining a branch managers licence and upon completion of the NZ diploma in Real Estate became eligible for and now holds a full Agents license. He gained Associate membership of the Real Estate Institute of NZ in 2007. Whilst part of his days involve management duties, Joe spends most of his time out and about fulfilling the role of a real estate sales person and loves it.
