Ordered a click and collect late lastnight and it was ready for collection the next morning at 9am. Drove out 50 minutes. There was plenty of parking and couches to wait on. Which I only waited a few minutes for them to bring out. The lady at the front desk was super lovely. Very happy with the service. Thank you!

This stand is brilliant. My cat is 18 and can no longer leap on to most stands. This one has a hammock within easy reach at the bottom and tiers that he can easily climb up. Perfect for a senior cat and super quick delivery. Thank you very much.
I ordered 3 products a day or two ago and I received them today. I have to say, the online website ordering process was quick and easy to use and the service has been absolutely amazing. They packed my products so well with care and even through in a voucher of $10 off my next order. A seamless process with no problems or issues at all. I bought some bulk energy drinks from them and their delivery times are really good for an NZ retailer. Got my products within 3 days. They have good range and amazing customer support, whenever I've had an issue or question they've been a great help and are really fast.
Went to their website and bought a board game the night before. Great price compared to all other retailers and super quick online checkout process. Loved it. Chose to pick up from their HQ in millwater, received a ready to pickup email early next morning. Went there, was told it’d be ready in 10 minutes but didn’t get my order until 30 minutes later. I was slightly frustrated 20 minutes in but the girl at the reception was very sympathetic and kept apologizing. When I finally got my order, she apologized again and gave me a few dollars discount. What a nice gesture. She doesn’t have to considering how busy they were. A small service but has totally turned my experience from okay to GREAT. Keep on the fantastic work Mighty Ape!
I ordered a TV unit and a coat hanger from them on a Friday. One item arrived the same day and the 2nd item on the following Monday. Both items are good value for money. I accidentally damaged 2 doors of the TV unit during assembling due to my own mistake, then they shipped me 2 new doors for free! I am very impressed with the products, the speed and their good customer service. Recommend!
