Middleton Holland is a professional Accounting practice situated on the North Shore with over 1000 clients throughout New Zealand.

We specialise in all areas of Tax, GST, Annual Returns and Rental properties.

Story

Mark Middleton and Sheryl Holland setup Middleton Holland over 15 years ago having previously developed significant experience in other Chartered Accounting businesses. They both shared a strong passion for small business and property investment and quickly grew the practice to the good size that it is now. They were very active early on in “Accounting for Property seminars” and developed a healthy client base and some extremely good Accounting literature. In late 2015 they decided to retire and sold to Darren Knight who acquired the business on 1st April 2016. Darren has spent the last 12 years growing a successful Accounting practice in the Warkworth/North Auckland area which he reluctantly had to sell to take on the M&H workload.

Darren is also not only passionate about the property investment area but has also worked very closely with and helped sell many small to medium sized businesses over the years. He has also owned businesses in the retail area and has first hand experience of everything from pricing right through to HR issues that all small business owners face. He prides himself on effective communication and being able to assist most clients with areas of difficulty that they may face in running their business. He has a young family and enjoys surfing, fishing, travel and good food & wine.
