Very bad experience.  Staff cannot locate their stock in store. Waited for almost 20 mins then had to leave to catch my flight since they were still looking  . The staff need to know where the products are and respect customers time.  Time is money MIK

Is there a contact email please?  I bought a handbag today 26 May, arrived at my destination and found out that I was given the cheaper of the two bags I viewed today, instead of the more expensive one I paid for.  I will check back here for your answer.
