Easy to find on Great North Road opposite 357 Arcade with nearby street parking. Welcoming well lighted entryway. Polite welcomes from two receptionists. The sales team member listened well to my questions, challenges and advice and made astute and prudent notes on the way to meeting my needs and expectations. The followup meeting was unrushed, and a charming exchange of information, while progressing each of our agendas.
I have recently rented a property with Vicky, she has been nothing short of fabulous! Great communication, quick and professional to deal with, answered all questions with plan and easy to understand language. Great to deal with.
Kayla Brockie has been fast, friendly, proactive and professional in her taking on the agency for my rental property. I have had several rental properties in NZ and Australia over 30 years, and find her to be up there with the best.
I have had dealings with Barfoot and Thompson for several years now with my different rental arrangements with them. I found the staff were generally polite, helpful and responded promptly to issues that were being raised. With my last rental agreement with the Henderson branch, my property manager Chanelle Fenton is exceptionally kind and helpful, easily accessible with requests and issues being raised if any. She's great with her job, friendly and generous with her time.
Chanelle helped me out by letting me view a property yesterday outside of the original viewing time and called me today saying I got accepted! Quick and easy process and I look forward to moving into my new home thanks B&T, most responsive agency I’ve dealt with since I started the search for another rental, in terms of viewing the property and communication

Awesome experience, Chanelle made our process easy and helped us with all questions asked during the rental property signup and negotiations. I highly do recommend Barfoot and Thompson for a seamless journey in finding a house and Chanelle is a great asset to the team.
