Great company, highly skilled and knowledgeable staff with safe, prompt professional problem solving from start to finish, can deliver to your requirements with great communication, sales to site glaziers. Would use them for any glass job, big or small 5/5
The outside of the glass is becoming more and more hazy when the sunstrikes it. I have tried everything including a glass cleaning expert and nothing works, it is only getting worse. I think the glass is faulty as this started to happen from after the 2nd year
I have my sliding glass door 10mm done at my brand new house 10 years ago, very good , strong and still beautiful. They do very job This month I will order the glass shower panels for my new bathroom, so exciting hope I will get the same result.
These guys will blatantly tell you they don’t want your services unless you run a business and order and bulk if your wanting glass for yourself etc they will mark the price of the glass 4x then what’s it’s worth so u don’t bother getting of them..they would be nothing in the first place without people buying of them be humble metro and get your staff to have better phone manners as they get a thrill out of telling people that they don’t care bout small businesses..
I would like to thank Darren Ballentine at Metro Glass, for listening to what I had to say in my initial review and being prepared to pick up the phone and have the tough discussion by listening to me, for that I am greatly appreciative and on that basis have changed my review to reflect that. Thanks Darren, Metro Glass are lucky to have you on board!!
