Bit Stuffy the Airs not Refreshed and I actually caught a Lung bug/Virus a day later. But lots of Space. Lots of Seats and I watched The Woman King in Peace. Nobody Crowding my Flow.
Very disappointed with the service my family received this afternoon at Hyots Metro in Hamilton. The staff were rude and thought our situation was hilarious. Laughing and sniggering right in front of us. My husband and son went today using a voucher he had received for his birthday last December 29th. There was no expiry date on the card. It's not something we can afford to do as a family so was going to be great to have an afternoon out. But no they were not allowed in. Apparently the ticket had expired. How crazy is that. The place wasn't busy, they were not short of seats etc. Just simply 3 staff members with not empathy at all, laughing at their situation. Hoyts Metro Hamilton you should be disgusted with the attitude of your staff. I, meanwhile have a very upset son. Having a birthday on the 29th of Dec is bad enough and now not being able to use his present. Gutted.
Nice, clean, and comfortable movie theatres, and comes in both recliner and ordinary seats. Spacious waiting areas with comfy seats as well. Food and beverage are a bit expensive, but it's expected at every cinema. Very convenient location in town, and is close to everything. It comes with free parking at Centre Place for every movie ticket purchase. Parking ticket just needs to be validated by one of the staff.
Paid 4 the fancy seats, and a "coke which cost over 9 dollars", then sat in a REALLY cold draft for the next 2 hours. There heating system must of been designed by someone in the Sudan, cold air belting down on me thru the whole performance. First and LAST time i go there. Must put a good word in for the single handed young woman behind the counter thou, she was an absolute delight. They MUST keep her
A cinema that really feels like it was designed by a movie lover, almost like it was a movie set in itself. Love the curved seating area with multi-screen showing trailers. Also love the self-service drinks and incredibly friendly service. Only drops one star as with all three films I saw here, the screens are not very big, which loses some of the spectacle.
So glad that we could see The Chosen new seasons episodes one and two, at this theaters. Popcorn was nice and fresh!!
Very quiet day,3 people at showing of Mrs Harris goes to Paris. Comfy seats & helpful staff.
Over 20 mins of loud advertising before the movie commenced. I am NOT paying to watch advertising, so won't be back. Actual movie was great.
watched wakanda forever and without sounding racost the contrast was to dark on the screen so you could barely make out the black people in the movie during the night scenes
Normally, pretty good although the lights were on for the entire movie which spoilt the experience. No staff came to check and there were none behind the counter to let know. The recliner seats were also very worn, one even had the sponge coming out & didn't look very appealing or comftable to sit on.
