Hi I wanted to give no stars but unable to do so. Called over 6 times for a collection, sent an email to head guy Rob, who promised he'd contact his team and nothing. I really feel the men I spoke with were just taking the micky and had no interest in following through with collection at all. I cannot remember a time when I had a worse customer service experience. Maybe male callers get a better outcome??? Sent me back to the 60's.
Not too bad but I felt pretty rushed putting my metal through, seemed like they wanted to run it all through as steel and I was an inconvenience separating out the Aluminium and copper, I’d be fleeced if I didn’t though - otherwise service was fast and efficient
I got a fair price, three times that of their competitor. The person who tended to my scrap was most helpful and practiced safe protocols.
I was greeted by the rudest customer service i have EVER come across. Blunt, angry and taking it out on me when I had literally just pulled in and not said a word. RECOMMEND AGAINST Metalman Whangarei
Busy today so difficult to turn our trailer. Staff welcoming and helpful. Easy process
