The best place!My children enjoy spending time in the Library.nFrom Arts and crafts on Mondays to LegoCraft on Wednesdays and storytime on Fridays.nAll the Ladies and Gents [Employees] always go out of their way for the children to love the Library as part as their everyday life.nnWe love the children section it always helps with the small tamariki to enjoy playing and have fun.
Really amazing library with a great range of books and activities! And DvDs for 80cents
After recent revamp late 2016 there was loss of lots of tables, for study work etc, and reading/sitting spaces. Adults Fiction moved from rear and sunlit part of building to dark musty front, though as a plus the childrens' section is there now. Also appears to be acting as a community gathering spot which while not bad is not befit of a library -- too much noise.nnUpdate mid 2022: There has been a re-orientation of the Adult Fiction and magazines section. Lots of couch seating now! Plenty of reading spaces!
Lovely little library. Great baby rock n rhyme : always fun. Loved the session with ukulele
Staff always helpful. Good selection of books. Great story times for kids.
