The staff and service here are lovely. I am a nervous patient with dentists and they had so much time for me and made having the fillings I needed as nice as possible. Dr Kim did some first class work and Megan the hygienist also did a top job. Would recommend.
I found the whole team went over and above for me and my family! my wee girl is terrified of the dentist but the lovely ladies in there joked with her and where super nice making the experience somewhat enjoyable! A+++ highly recommend!
A really professional and exceptional dental clinic! The staff are all highly capable and take the upmost care to ensure that my appointments all run smoothly. Overall im very happy with the services iv recieved and would highly recommend the Merivale Dental Group.
Stella on reception is an absolute disgrace to deal with. I’d hoped with the online appointment booking I wouldn’t have to deal with her via phone. She interjected herself regardless and was unprofessional and incredibly offensive. Disgusted. Asked to speak with practice owner and was only talked over the top of.
