Lovely property in beautiful grounds with great views over Mercury Bay. Tom and Jo are super hosts, managing to be both very helpful and discrete. Our bedroom was fairly small but this was more than made up for by the huge spacious living areas that were available to use, both inside the huge house and outside on the terrace. The hot tub on its own private deck has a super view too. Fabulous breakfast with great variety. Jo also arranged a trip for us to the Mercury Bay winery next door, who do tastings and very good pizza etc. If you get the chance to do the Cathedral Cave kayaking then do so, it's a fabulous experience.
What a wonderful place to stay! Thanks to Tom for the hospitality and friendship. Rooms were top notch, views were amazing, and breakfasts were spectacular!
Mercury Ridge is set overlooking Mercury Bay with great views. V comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfasts. Easy access to Cooks beach, hot water beach and Whitianga. But the best bit of the stay was the service from Tom Jo and Toms father. Friendly and attention to detail exceptional. Thank you for memorable stay.
Just a beautiful location, room and ambiance - made all the better by Jo and the team’s breakfast service. Enjoyed the area and call it a must do on the Coromandel!
This has been one of the best places we've stayed. The owners place a lot of attention on making sure you have the best stay possible. They are very friendly and we've had a great stay here. We will absolutely be visiting here again.
